Do I need an account to send a brief?

No. There is no account or password. After you send your brief, you confirm your email address with a six-digit code.

Can I send a brief before the venue is booked?

Yes. The venue address is optional. Choose your state and suburb so professionals know roughly where the event is, and add the address later.

What if I’m not sure about the budget?

Choose “I’m Not Sure” in step 5. A budget range helps professionals suggest what fits, but it is fine to start without one.

Can I add my own photos?

Yes. Step 6 accepts image uploads, and you can also attach images you have saved while browsing The Set Edit.

What if I typed my email address incorrectly?

The verification screen shows the address the code was sent to. Use Change email to correct it and send a new code.
